“Family is so important to me. My entire life has been shaped by the people I grew up with, and I wouldn’t change my life for anything. The idea of growing that family in a way I never imagined seems so exciting and like a dream come true.”
Being raised as the only boy in a family full of girls, E has always been protective of others. He has often been called the “mother hen” of just about any friend group he becomes a part of, asking after people’s well being and making sure their needs are met. If ever one is in trouble or danger, he is the first person to show up and offer his assistance.
E is the kind of guy who sees someone litter and can’t leave the trash on the ground, picking it up and disposing of it himself. Or, if something suspicious is happening that feels off to him, he’ll investigate it and potentially put himself in harm’s way in order to make sure people are staying safe. He knows how to take charge of any situation, stepping up as a leader when none can be found, and always keeps a cool head when under pressure or when calamity strikes.
With the passing of his father, E has taken on a bit more of a guardianship role towards his younger sisters (of which there are four) and his mother. When the girls were just babies he would play guitar and sing to them to soothe them to sleep, cook meals while his mother worked, and even drop his sisters off at school each day. To say he is big on family is an understatement, and his family has a very important place in his heart.
E is incredibly compassionate, and often thinks of himself last in most situations. At this time, he still lives with his mom, but he does work and could move out if he wanted to. But multi-generational homes are common in his culture, and E has no desire to move into his own place until he knows his mom is okay and his sisters provided for. In companionship, E offers this same level of care and devotion to someone who maybe feels forgotten by their own family, or perhaps has few friends off the net who could benefit from being doted on.
Lastly, as an interesting factoid, E has a minor mutation in his shifted form that makes his dog breed's hair a bit longer and ever so slightly curly.
