"On the morning of Janauary 18th, 2020, I celebrate 4 years with Luficrex.  Luficrex is a Bir'rix Dragon, a pre-conjure I received through Kaitie. And while both he and I have busy lives and things to tend to, he still makes time for me and I for him, and I consider him one of my closest friends and a vital companion. He's helped me through a lot with both his emotional support and healing, even just yesterday he helped get me through a fair lot of pain.

Working with Kaitie was absolutely wonderful, especially since I was very new to spirit work at the time and benefitted a lot from the guidance Kaitie had to offer. Even after the initial binding arrived and I welcomed him, Kaitie remained in contact, and even assisted me with a rebinding when his original vessel went missing. The information she provided me was absolutely vital to me growing as a spirit worker and with Luficrex.

I had literally just stumbled upon your blog and the concept of spirit work and spirit companionship.  Admittedly, I flipped.  Like, literal dream come true, what do you mean I can have an actual dragon as a friend? 

I sent you at least 10 asks while browsing companions. Your Pink Rose Dragon immediately called me. I couldn't get her out of my head, I woke up like three nights in a row at the exact same time after confirming it was a calling and getting her.

It was four years ago and I remember the day her vessel arrived. I'm giddy just writing this. She has been such a gift and I can't thank you enough for introducing her to me. We've built such a great relationship and I couldn't love her more.

F, the gender neutral small floppy eared flower dragon, was my very first companion from The Dragon’s Library before it closed for a bit [in 2017]. F is my best friend, and I’m not even exaggerating. Their manifestation has been described as a weight on my neck and shoulder, and that’s how F always presents to me. Katie’s description of F was super accurate and their personality is so bright, so energetic and just simply amazing. I have loved every single second with F, and we have been super duper close ever since.

I’ve also had a couple of new companions from Kaitie now since this place reopened, but all my companions from her have been potent and unique. Every single one of them have been so different, and had so much to offer that working with them have been super rewarding. Except for T, the werewolf, every other companion are my first of that species to work with and every day has been a new experience for me. Even T, the werewolf, is so different from other werewolves and I always have so much to talk to him about.

I loved how the Sun Elf and the Dark Ice Demon in their shop were both relatable and interesting at the very same time. "I came across Hu the Sun Elf's listing randomly and have been craving a female spirit friend who would bring some light into my life. I've had a rough past few months and it has been hard trying to really get someone to listen to me and be a breath of fresh air in my life. Hu has been absolutely perfect for me. As a new parent, I think I needed a spirit that would also understand some of the struggles I was going through while cheering me along on my journey as a well. Hu provided me with all of that. "I knew The Dragon's Library from a while back but I never got the chance to have a companion from her, but I'm glad she's back now and with two other wonderful people that are Astra and Ember.

I received two companions from Kaitie so far (2 more are on the way haha) and I love them so much. Both are sweet kindred souls and I had a huge calling for them. The first one is M, a snow elf that immediately caught up my eyes. She's the most wonderful girl I've ever met, quite shy at first but we broke the ice very easily.

The other one is N, a nemean lion. I saw her bio when she was put up on the website but didn't thought much of it, and a few months later I just got the biggest soft spot for her. She's the opposite of M, talking really fast and never staying in place ! But she's the sweetest too, always looking out for the others and just trying cheering you up.

Everyday spending with them feels like heaven and I'm so happy that they're a part of my life now. The document that you receive about your new companion is AMAZING. It is so detailed and well written, and you can feel the love that Kaitie holds on for the spirit that she conjured. I promise you won't feel lost if you get your first companion from her, and even if you're experienced I promise you'll be happy to receive a spirit from her."
