Overhaul Cleanse & Rebalance Distance Healing Subscription
This Distance Healing Subscription will include eight 30-minute sessions, performed weekly over the course of two months, intended to cleanse and clear your astral body thoroughly. Each session is slightly discounted through this description, at a rate of $25 per.
The subscription includes the following sessions, in order:
- Personal Balance: With this session, I will generally cleanse and clear your astral body from blockages and negative energies, focusing on the parts that are giving you the most trouble. Then, I will craft temporary energetic roots to assist you with grounding throughout your daily life. I will finish off the session by ensuring your energetic centers are aligned and balanced, and that you are full of pure white, loving energy that will protect you from the nasties of everyday life.
- As Above, So Below (Root): With this healing session, I will focus on your root energetic center and your connection to the Earth in addition to a general cleansing and healing. Sometimes it is difficult for us to make space in our life to ground and connect to the world around us, especially when we are such busy creatures. When our root energy is blocked, we can struggle with self-destructive behavior and anger, simply because we would rather hurt ourselves than feel baseless and disconnected. This healing will help to foster an environment in which your roots can grow and thrive, filling each other part of your life with joy and excitement.
- Let It Flow (Sacral): With this healing, I will focus on your sacral energy center and the flow of energy through it in addition to a general cleansing and healing. Our sacral energy center affects two major portions of our life: our sex drive, and our creative drive. Those with blockages in the sacral area may experience trouble with general creativity, as well as emotional issues including self-love and trouble creating passion in the bedroom. If you find you need an extra little spice in your life, this healing session will allow you to clear up blockages concerning your own concept of worthiness regarding love and emotional release. Following the session, you will start to feel more of a motivation to express yourself artistically and physically, and allow energy to flow through you cleanly.
- Everything In Order (Solar Plexus): With this session, I will focus on your solar plexus energy center in addition to a general cleansing and healing. Your solar plexus center, also referred to as the stomach, rules over your mind's organization, rationality, and critical thinking. When you are unbalanced in this center, you may find yourself attempting to control everything in a way that is detrimental for everyone involved, and you may have trouble managing your stress. Additionally, you may have trouble with organizing your work, including time and finance management. If you need help putting everything in its place, this session will provide you with the solid, calm peace of mind to begin doing so.
- Radiant Love (Heart): With this healing session, I will focus on your heart energy center and fill it with boundless compassion, using Reiki techniques to fill and charge your astral body full of divine love. Your heart energy center represents the point of you that struggles between selflessness and tackling your own needs. An imbalance in the heart center can contribute to problems with co-dependence and addictions, as well as maintaining what you require on both both a personal and spiritual level. After this healing session, which in itself is a form of self-love, you will find yourself much more open to compassion towards others and yourself. It will give you a great starting point for balancing your relationships with the most important relationship: the one you maintain with your self.
- Words Like Water (Throat): With this healing session, I will focus on your throat energy center in order to ensure that energy is flowing through it appropriately, in addition to a general cleansing and healing. Your throat energy center reigns over communication and speech, and represents the breath of life that passes through you in order to allow you to express yourself. By repressing our words and our ability to communicate with others, a blockage in the throat center can be dangerous emotionally, and break down our relationships thoroughly, creating bigger problems such as insomnia and emotional turbulence. This healing session will clear any blockages you have on your throat center, allowing you to speak more freely and express yourself in ways that are gentle and productive.
- Eyes Are Open (Brow): With this session, I will focus on your brow, or third eye, energy center in order to make sure it is whole, functioning and flowing as it should, in addition to a general cleansing and healing. The brow energy center is what allows us to see, hear, and understand the energies of the astral plane, and often manifests in little "coincidences" on our physical realm, such as thinking about someone right before they call you. Your brow center, and the intuition that comes from it, should already passively be working for you to ensure you are safe and making good calls on who you should and should not let into your personal circle. With this healing session, I will make sure that your brow center is cleared of all negative energies, that energy is flowing through it properly and that it is healthy.
- Bloom (Crown): With this healing session, I will focus on your crown energy center, ensuring that it is functioning in a way that is healthy and that pure energy is flowing through it, in addition to general cleansing and healing. Where our root energy center connects us to the Earth, the crown center connects us to the Heavens - that is, the divine energy that flows through all of us, the very source of the healing sessions themselves, the energy that empowers all creatures, living or otherwise. A crown center with blockages can create spiritual troubles - mortality panics, lapses in faith, and troubles connecting with your chosen gods or ancestors. A functioning crown center should be pure white in energy, and devoid of all negativity and blockages. This healing will ensure that your crown center is clean, and with regular maintenance of meditation and grounding, you will be able to ensure that it stays that way long after your healing session.

We will work through your spiritual blocks in order to allow you to reach your greatest potential, one step at a time. Please note that energy healing does not exist in a vacuum - in order to improve, you must want to improve. After each session I will provide you with suggestions for activities you can perform throughout the week, and ad infinitum, to maintain your spiritual body's health.

I do ask that you make an appointment for each healing session, because while I am performing the healing on you I prefer that you relax and listen to meditative music. I will usually provide a suggestion by way of YouTube video, and will play the same video in my healing space so we are perfectly in-sync. It's been proven that distance energy healing sessions are most effective when your mind is focused on healing and recuperating - so please ensure that you will have an appropriate amount of time available.
I have been certified Reiki Level 1 and actively practiced in-person healing for six years, and I have been trained by a local Pranic healer in utilizing my healing gifts long-distance. In order for the healing to be most effective, I will use crystals to represent your body and its energy points.
