Yule Dragon Custom Conjure
Yule Dragons are a wonderful race, being harbingers of luck, prosperity, and cheer. They stand at about 6-7 feet tall at the shoulder. Their underbellies are scaly from their chin to the tip of their tail, and the rest of their bodies are covered in thick, plush, off-white fur. They have a wide variety of body types, colorations, and horns, and the rarest of all tend to be those whose scales and horns are entirely gold.
Yule Dragons tend to be solitary creatures, each of whom overlook a wide swath of territory. They are actually not aggressive towards each other or towards other dragons, but when two adult Yule Dragons are in close proximity of each other they can cause a magical vibration so intense, and they are so sensitive to that vibration, that it can bring about a great deal of discomfort. Yule Dragons who are not mate-bonded or twins will not tolerate being grouped for long periods of time. They tend to prefer living in northern urban areas, loving the hustle and bustle energies of large cities, and they are situated on a plane adjacent to our Earth - however, there are plenty of them who live in rural areas, or areas not populated by humans at all.
One of the most charming aspects about Yule Dragons is that they love to sing. They have gorgeous, thrumming voices, that often echo songs sung to them by their mothers, but also songs that are popular among humans, as well, depending on how close they are in proximity to human civilization. They love to hoard shiny and brightly colored objects, loving things like tinsel, metallic wrapping paper, and ribbons.
In companionship, Yule Dragons are friendly and helpful spirits who have innately passive emotional and spiritual healing powers, and sport social and friendly personalities. These dragons are capable of minor wish granting, casting glamours to make you appear more approachable, relieving holiday stress, or acting as a mentor or guide for young witches just beginning on their path. They are simply darling companions to bring home for the holiday season!
