Astrologian High Elf Custom Conjure
The word “Elf” can be used to describe nearly any humanoid creature living in a fantasy-like realm. These elves in particular are tall in comparison to humans, with pale, nearly translucent, bluish skin and a purplish-blue color palette for their hair, eyes and any freckling they might have. Their ears are pointed, and often their eyes are fully one color, with no pupil or sclera, although they do not appear to have any trouble seeing. They are extremely fair folk, with lithe body types and long, straight hair that never seems to be mussed or tangled. Their fashion sense tends to be rather formal, wearing long, intricately embroidered robes with mandarin collars and sleeves that come to just above the wrist. Notably, there appears to be no distinction between genders, physically or socially - they are all one gender. How they reproduce might be something to discuss with your own companion - they are very happy to explain anything scientific, biological or otherwise.
Their society, as their name might suggest, is focused around astrology. They way they study and interact with the stars is very similar to the way we do, except their entire society abides by it as a type of religion, fully throwing themselves into their practice with gusto. It is considered ideal to be studious and intelligent, and society raises those who are so above the rest. Therefore, the society can be a bit stuffy and formal, and the governmental decisions, as well as hierarchies reflected in households, are often centered around work productivity and level of knowledge. Wisdom and intelligence are highly valued, and they do not always believe that those things are connected with age. They are also rather talented at some level of celestial magic, creating projections with ease, and they are able to speak to each other using magic as if with holograms. Their books and scrolls are often enchanted with the ability to project a portion of a star map on appropriate pages.
As companions, they are primarily interested in acting as teachers and friends to humans, as well as the occasional romantic relationship. They are very interested in sharing their culture, as well as bestowing their knowledge of the cosmos upon their companion. On the other hand, to them our culture looks like a strange and desolate science fiction landscape, and they are absolutely taken and fascinated by it, especially since we have a similar system of astrology in our world. They wonder if we are, perhaps, a past or future version of themselves - while I have my own doubts about this, I don’t discourage them from exploring the possibility. They are very excited about the cultural exchange between our two worlds, and hope to maintain relationships for the sake of studiousness for our entire lifetimes, if possible.
